Cancellation and Refund Policy

At InfiniMind LLC, we strive to provide exceptional consulting services. To ensure fairness to our consultants and clients, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

  1. Consultation Cancellations and Rescheduling

    Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consulting session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled meeting time.

    Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a standard cancellation fee and are not eligible for a full refund. We allow clients to reschedule missed sessions one time as a courtesy, subject to availability.

  2. Refund Policy for Services

    Services Rendered: Due to the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to business consulting, refunds are not provided for services, hours, or deliverables that have already been rendered or completed.

    Prepaid Retainers/Packages: If you have prepaid for a consulting package and wish to terminate the engagement early, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the services. InfiniMind LLC will calculate the value of the completed work at our standard hourly rate and refund the remaining balance within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

    Disputed Charges: If you have billing concerns, we ask that you contact us directly at info@infinimind.com to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
